Facilities Assistant Technician

I. JOB/POSITION SUMMARY

Supports the maintenance and smooth running of a facility by performing a range of duties, including performing minor repairs on buildings and equipment, cleaning and maintaining grounds, assisting with installations, managing supplies, and responding to requests for service

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

General Maintenance and Repair:

· Perform routine and preventative maintenance.

· Conduct repairs on various systems.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment to determine the best course of action.

· Handle a variety of general upkeep tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and performing safety checks.

Facility Upkeep and Safety:

· Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
