Facilities Coordinator - ACT Based

Work with one of the leaders in commercial property management as their Facilities Coordinator based in the ACT.

5 days a week on site and with a strong team as support. 

Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to obtain base line clearance. 

About the Role
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the client’s facilities.
You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

The Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational and maintenance requirements of the facilities

Coordinate with management and subcontractors to report technical issues and assist with fault diagnosis and resolution

Undertake administrative duties, including supporting meetings, events, and managing mail services
