We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Coordinator to support the delivery of integrated facilities services across our site/s. This role is the first point of contact for clients, 


tenants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring maintenance requests and operational requirements are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for the management office and stakeholders
  • Coordinate, delegate and monitor preventative and reactive maintenance requests
  • Manage and maintain the CMMS, ensuring accurate work order tracking and reporting
  • Allocate and follow up on tasks to meet KPIs and contractual obligations
