Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for any urgent facility-related emergencies or maintenance requests, coordinating a timely response to resolve issues.
Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors, from contract negotiation to performance evaluation, for services such as cleaning, security, and repairs.
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations, and maintain all compliance records.
Consolidate and report the defective tracker logged on the communication channels
Assist in parking queries and arrange parking requests
