CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents with more than 60,000 employees. In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.

For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Zürich we are looking for a:

Facilities Coordinator

Your Main Tasks

  • Support and coordinate IFM activities, including small-scale projects and responsible for day-to-day client´s office.
  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all
  • Acknowledge all client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction and first-class customer service.
  • Review the office facilities, identify any faults and coordinate resolution with technicians.
  • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
