- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular daily inspection.
- Implement preventive maintenance in all utility equipment in the warehouse.
- Implement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.
- Track and communicate work request status and completion from each process owner.
- Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with the landlord and contractors on warehouse construction issues.
- Provide project status reports to HR/Admin and to the Warehouse Manager.
- Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects and take part in the bidding process including RFPs, evaluations, documentations during selection of supplier/contractors.
