Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

  • Fire and Alarm system maintenance and monitoring
  • Rooftop maintenance
  • Electronic and hard copy filing and recordkeeping
  • External cleanliness and snow removal
  • Health and Safety support
  • Wall graffiti removal
  • Storeroom maintenance and stock control
  • Place monthly orders for food, snacks and office supplies.
  • Supporting company external / internal events.
  • Collection and delivery of office supplies
  • Office opening and closing
  • Mailing and shipping.
