Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team in Marshall, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform skilled maintenance, repairs, and installations on electrical wiring, devices, and fixtures. Maintain and repair plumbing systems, pipes, and related equipment. Service refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance. Install, maintain, and repair door locking systems and access controls. Maintain fire and security system equipment, including video cameras and alarm systems. Perform maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
