Your skills and experiences should be:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PRC license holder (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
At least eight (8) solid years of experience in managing building management/operations or working in the field of Facilities, Property Management and Construction
Should be willing to travel within North Mindanao region
