- As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to repairs, maintenance and upkeep of work areas including its equipment and FFE's.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that areas are in good working condition and all equipment such as power, communication, cooling systems, water systems etc. are operational
- Ensures safety & orderliness of the building premises
- Manages maintenance personnel
- Prepares required documentation on premises upgrading and repair works
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years in building management
Location
Must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
