Job Responsibilities:
Ensures that areas are in good working condition and all equipment such as power, communication, cooling systems, water systems etc. are operational
Ensures safety & orderliness of the building premises
Manages maintenance personnel
Prepares required documentation on premises upgrading and repair works
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be
Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years in building management
You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
