Position Summary:The Facilities Technician 3 is responsible for the provision of building operations, maintenance and repairs in assigned facilities according to the respective Technician’s qualifications. This job works on a wide variety of assigned tasks.Key Responsibilities:

Building maintenance and repairs

Ensure building compliance and code is adhered to

Contractor oversight and management

Manage workloads

On call availability

Reports and all written documentation and process are followed
