HireArt is helping our client find a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to support general facility upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple sites.

In this role, you’ll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring facilities, equipment, and systems remain safe, functional, and efficient.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple trades. You are a strong problem-solver who can manage tasks independently while collaborating with a broader team when needed.

As a Facilities Technician, you'll:

Perform general repairs and troubleshooting across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. 

Execute preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. 

Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including power tools, ladders, and diagnostic devices.
