Facility Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise facility maintenance staff during maintenance, repair, and servicing of facility infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency and to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Supervise and provide comprehensive support during production operations or maintenance, renovations, and construction projects.
• Conduct regular facility inspections
• Develop and enforce workplace safety procedures related to facility operations
• Work closely with the Safety Officer to support emergency response planning and safety initiatives
• Take an active, hands-on role in maintenance work as necessary, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and operations run smoothly — this role combines supervision with direct technical involvement.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate head.
