Job Description
Join West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Facility Maintenance Manager. Responsible for safety, maintenance, and lead a committed team dedicated to residents.
As a key part of our management team, the Maintenance Manager reports to the Facility General Manager. You will be responsible for all maintenance-related activities and safety measures within our communities. This includes executing an effective preventive maintenance program, ensuring the safety of equipment, and leading a strong maintenance workforce. Your role will support an engaging work environment, focused on respect and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and support a team of maintenance staff
• Diagnose and schedule repair work on equipment
• Maintain logs for daily maintenance routines
• Implement and oversee snow removal and pest control
• Conduct status reports for management review
