We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to join a leading multinational technology company based in Lima. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of corporate facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring optimal functionality of building systems and infrastructure.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental compliance, and risk management policies.
