FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Job Description To carry out daily checks on facility & security equipments and fill up relevant checklists. Prepare and submit daily and monthly Facility Reports. Prepare and submit scheduled verification / calibration reports. Monitor licenses and cleanroom certification expiry and arrange for renewal. Able to draw basic conclusion from data of meter readings. To carry out daily patrol of facility & security areas and report on defects and abnormalities. To perform preventive maintenance on facility & security equipment as per schedule. Able to carry out troubleshooting works for facility system. Attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user. To liaise and supervise servicing works performed by external service providers. To maintain proper documentation of reported defects and job completion status. Revise and update Work Instructions & Procedures. Participate in annual budgeting exercise.
