Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, preferably major in Horticulture
Aged 26-30, with more than 2 years of vegetable farming experience, is preferred
Has effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members
Has good communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office
Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management
Having a Driver;s license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally
Having a passion for social media content creation is a plus
