Farm Operations Assistant
DATA COLLECTION & REPORTING:
Producing and updating various reports and information and collecting data from production teams. Managing data traffic and preparing the data for necessary presentations. Writing the rules set by the farm operation teams in standard operation procedures formats.
PROCUREMENT:
In coordination with production farms, preparing documentation regarding product specs, quality, and quantities. Inputting all data to the procurement tool. Organizing the logistics of all purchased goods to production farms. Organizing vehicle maintenance schedules.
ADMIN SUPPORT FOR FARMS:
Coordinating and organizing all meetings for production farms. Considering the biosecurity policies, coordinating and assisting suppliers' movements between production farms. ...
