Osprey Organics is currently hiring Farm Packaging Supervisor (NOC 82030 – Agricultural service contractors and farm supervisors) to support daily operations on our organic farm. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced agricultural environment. Successful candidates will contribute to sustainable farming practices and high‑quality organic crop production.
Compensation & Work Details
- Wage: $24.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Schedule: Early morning, morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Work Location: On site (no remote work option)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5–10 farm workers and harvesting labourers
