Farm Supervisor at An Agro-processing Company

An Agro-processing Company in the Adansi North District in the Ashanti Region requires the services of a resident Farm Supervisor to perform day to day operations on the Company’s oil palm plantation.

The Farm Supervisor should have a sound understanding of record keeping essentially. He/she should be highly motivated with good communication and planning and reporting skills, as well as adequate IT skills.

He/she is required to be flexible in terms of the total hours worked to meet the demands of the role. The candidate should be a goal getter and should be able to work under occasional strenuous conditions.

The candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision.
