**About the Role****Key Responsabilities**- Plans and facilitates workshops and design sprints to establish alignment, understand business objectives, develop concepts, and chart strategic paths forward.
- Contributes to user research efforts interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B tests, and competitive evaluations to uncover behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
