Job Description
Drive safety and efficiency as an Operations Supervisor at FedEx Express. Oversee day-to-day sort operations while mentoring Cargo Handlers to ensure excellent service and compliance with regulations.
In this frontline supervisor role, you will be instrumental in supporting the FedEx Safety Above All Culture. Lead specific day-to-day sort operations, guiding employees in proper package handling and routing methods. Your responsibilities include supervising Cargo Handlers and ensuring adherence to FXE policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide employees in proper package handling and routing
