Lead the sales charge in specialty feed additives as a skilled Technical Sales Expert. Leverage your industry knowledge to capture new business while expanding existing relationships.
This position requires a deep understanding of animal nutrition to effectively build and manage a robust sales pipeline. Your role will involve conducting trials, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining visibility of sales metrics through disciplined follow-up and CRM management. You’ll work collaboratively with marketing, quality, and innovation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own territory including Ontario, Quebec, and Maritimes
• Prospect new clients and develop account strategies
• Execute trials and quantify ROI for customers
• Align negotiations with producers, veterinarians, and partners
• Regularly update sales forecasts and account plans
