This is a rewarding opportunity for someone experienced in supporting individuals who may display behaviours that challenge, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care. About You Were looking for experienced Support Workers or Healthcare Assistants who can demonstrate best practice when supporting people with: Autism Mental health needs Acquired brain injury Learning disabilities Trauma-related support needs You will need to be confident, adaptable, and able to provide flexible support that evolves alongside the needs of the people we support.
