Job Description
We are partnering with a growing hospitality development group to hire an FF&E Project Manager to oversee furniture, fixtures, and equipment across hotel projects. This role is responsible for managing the full FF&E lifecycle including budgeting, procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and installation. You will work closely with design teams, architects, and construction leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage FF&E scope across hotel development and renovation projects
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and operations teams
• Develop budgets, schedules, and procurement timelines
• Lead RFP process, vendor selection, and purchasing
• Oversee logistics, delivery, installation, and project close-out
