Job Description
Become a Field-Based Health, Safety & Environment Advisor with Green Infrastructure Partners in the Greater Toronto Area. Focus on practical engagement and safety oversight for construction operations.
In this role, reporting to the Manager HSE, you will collaborate with the national safety team to ensure effective risk management. Conduct risk assessments, monitor safety measures, and engage with teams to promote a culture of safety. This position is primarily field-based and comes with expected travel within the construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing site-specific risk assessments
• Identify hazards in real-time during site operations
• Serve as primary safety representative on-site
• Facilitate safety integration and training for teams
• Support emergency response and site safety planning

• Diploma or degree in Health and Safety
• Over 5 years in safety roles within construction
