In this field-based role, you’ll deliver primarily face-to-face wellness coaching, coordinate care, and educate patients on treatment plans and devices. You’ll ensure timely follow‑ups and support the flawless execution of IQVIA’s Patient Support Program.

+ Conduct face‑to‑face wellness coaching during weekly field visits across Egypt
+ Guide patients on healthy habits, treatment devices, and personalized care plans
+ Create and distribute health education materials (e.g., brochures)
+ Respond promptly to patient inquiries, following approved scripts
+ Report adverse events and quality complaints related to program products
