Job Description
About the Role
The is responsible for inspecting restoration/construction projects, assessing scope and material requirements, and coordinating the procurement of materials needed to support timely project completion. This role requires hands-on carpentry knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with project teams, vendors, subcontractors and suppliers.
The position does not involve direct supervision of crews.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of restoration projects to assess damage, scope of work, and construction requirements
Apply carpentry and construction knowledge to determine appropriate repair methods and materials
Prepare detailed material lists based on site assessments and project specifications
Coordinate ordering, delivery, and tracking of materials to ensure project readiness
