 We are seeking an experienced WAN Specialist to provide regional support for the WAN fibre environment at Edinburgh. This role will act as the BAU lead for incidents, project support, and WAN documentation while representing stakeholder interests within a secure Defence environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify WAN requirement gaps and support project scope alignment
• Assist with pathway planning, distribution frames, and external topology design
• Review and provide feedback on proposed technical designs
• Support minor growth works with service providers
• Conduct fibre condition assessments and raise remediation actions
• Act as regional escalation point for WAN fibre
• Manage stakeholder engagement and respond to RFIs
