I OCO Tech is seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer in South Africa to provide hands-on support for desktop and laptop systems. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in service delivery, strong technical expertise in Active Directory, and the ability to manage tickets efficiently. Essential qualifications include A+, N+, and ITIL Foundation V3 certifications.
