As the primary contact for CSN Licensees, this role involves ensuring store needs are met and driving performance improvements in the BC region. You will conduct quarterly meetings with each store, focusing on business growth, insurance programs, and operational support tools. Collaborate with other FOMs and departments to implement effective strategies within CSN and resolve urgent store concerns.
