Field QA Specialist

About the Role

The Field QA Specialists are responsible for performing Risk Mitigation activities specific to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and company loss.

What You’ll Do

• Should have strong knowledge and understanding of current company processes
• Evaluate and monitor Field Visits
• Adhere to any process‑improvement initiatives (e.g. trackers, violation coaching)
• Identify possible fraudulent activities that may result in company loss
• Report and create tickets for challenges encountered
• Serve as a point of contact for internal initiatives like QA Intervention, ad‑hoc tasks, and special validation projects
• Coaching and mentoring Field Officers
• Create valuable reports based on collated data and share QA insights
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks to help the team’s productivity
