Field Service Engineer (LATAM)

About the role

DroneShield is expanding in response to increased customer traction around the globe. As part of this growth, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join the LATAM Team. The position will report primarily to the Australia-based FSE Lead and will work closely with the LATAM Sales Director, Operations Team and Engineering Teams. This role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail and a passion for technology who wants to develop their career in a fast-moving listed defence technology company. This role will focus exclusively on customer-facing field engineering support, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and sustainment of DroneShield’s systems across LATAM.
