Field Service Technician

Service technician will be required to travel to customer’s offices and service their copiers, printers, fax machines and mail machines. Network setup and troubleshooting skills are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Network setup and troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous manner.
• Keep track of parts used.
• Hand in paperwork in a timely manner.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of experience with office equipment, preferably Konica Minolta.
• Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Understanding of computers and office equipment is a requirement.
