**About the role**
This role will be responsible for CA service for AP region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ To ensure response time of 04 hours against all the Work orders received and closure of the same in line with the standard SLA's
+ To submit 100% service schedules to the customers and follow up / monitor the same through SFDC.
+ Regular Review of Open work roders with Service C...
