Job Description
This is a
customer-facing technical role , ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in
aircraft engine maintenance and MRO environments . You will serve as the key technical liaison, supporting airline operations and resolving critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Key Responsibilities Act as the
primary technical point of contact
for airline customers Provide
on-site and remote support
for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events Deliver
hands-on troubleshooting and guidance
to maintenance teams Analyze
engine reliability trends
and recommend improvements Support
Entry Into Service (EIS)
for new engines/products Drive implementation of
Service Bulletins and field modifications Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across
operations, engineering, and commercial teams
