Field Services Supervisor

Job Description

· Oversee a team of Field Services Technicians and ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
· Schedule and assign work to Field Services Technicians, ensuring that the workload is distributed evenly. · Monitor the progress of service requests and take appropriate action to ensure that they are resolved within the agreed-upon timeframe.
· Ensure that all Field Services Technicians are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all service requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
· Keep accurate records of service requests, including the nature of the problem, the action taken, and the resolution.
