We are looking for a reliable and flexible IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when it is needed for dispatch activity’s
Key Responsibilities :
Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards.
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change ) activities for IT assets.
Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.
Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.
Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.
Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.
