As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.
Diagnose technical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs in the field.
Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues within agreed service timelines.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and maintenance visits.
Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation after each site visit.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
