The Finance team in Amsterdam offers an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator. In a very international environment, the administrator will gain exposure to all sorts of financial work, from accounting, general expenses, controlling to tax assistance. In this role, you will collaborate with both the local as various off-shore teams.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

General expenses processing and controlling:

·Code & process invoices with Indian team support

·Support quarterly general expense accrual process

·Support the Planning and budgeting process for general expense

·Support employees and T&E processes, company credit cards and related tools in coordination with corporate teams

·Support teams with Purchase orders and creation Procurement intake forms.
