Finance and Operations Assistant

About the role 
This exciting, and growing pharmaceutical business is looking for a finance and operations assistant to join their team in a newly created role. The role will be based at their head office in the CBD with strong work from home arrangement available once settled. 

The responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

Process customer invoices

Assist with accounts receivable activities, including statements and follow-ups

Reconcile daily sales and payment transactions

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment

Manage customer account queries, including order status, deliveries, and returns

Support pricing updates and product data maintenance

Assist with stock-related administration and reconciliation where required
