Job Description
A rapidly growing organization within the FMCG and retail sector, based in Centurion, is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to bridge the gap between finance, operations, stock, and customer delivery.
As the business scales, there is a clear need for someone who can bring structure, insight, and innovation into an environment where many processes are still manual, creating a unique opportunity to build, improve, and modernize how the business operates.
Youll be equally comfortable analysing sales data in Excel as you are walking the warehouse floor, understanding operations firsthand and translating that into meaningful financial insight.
