Finance Business Partner

Job Description

• Lead timely and accurate financial and management reporting, including month-end closing, budgets, forecasts, and tax compliance.
• Ensure strong financial stewardship—conduct balance sheet reviews, manage inventory accuracy, evaluate capex and project investments, and support audits.
• Support profitability efforts by partnering cross-functionally on revenue management, cost efficiency, and customer/channel margin analysis.
• Prepare financial analysis, business cases, and variance insights to guide decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Participate in continuous improvement of internal controls, financial systems, and reporting practices within the BU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or management accounting; external audit experience is an advantage.
