We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial management of our Talent Management business. The role involves driving profitability, optimizing cash flow, enforcing financial discipline, and supporting business growth through strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Profitability
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis, financial reporting, MIS reporting and driving revenue growth and cost control.
- Monitor and improve net profit margins through structured cost optimization and disciplined financial governance and project due diligence.
- Oversee WIP tracking, revenue realization, and cash cycle management.
