- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, month‑end and year‑end closing)
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports
- Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards
Project & Cost Management (Construction / Property Development)
- Monitor project costing, budget utilization, and work‑in‑progress (WIP) accounting
- Conduct variance analysis between budget vs actual project performance
- Support project teams in financial tracking and cost control measures
Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
