About the Job Transformer Robotics is seeking a hands-on, operationally-minded Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. As we continue to scale our 1,200-person facility, we are looking for a leader to professionalize our cost control, secure our cash flow, and act as a strategic partner to the BOD. Note: This is a full-time, permanent leadership role. The successful candidate will work alongside the current CFO during a comprehensive 5-month transition period before taking full ownership of financial operations Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Strategy Oversee the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting department. Manage company cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity to ensure operational stability (payroll, material purchasing). Prepare and present monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) to the BOD with clear commentary on factory performance. Act as the primary liaison with banks, auditors, and tax authorities. 2.
