The ideal candidate will support underwriting of complex commercial real estate and small business loans, with a focus on transit-oriented development financing across acquisition, predevelopment, and construction stages. This role will also drive business development initiatives for the organization’s small business loan fund by identifying and cultivating potential borrowers.
