About the organisation
Our client is a large, for-profit services organisation operating nationally is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead finance operations through a period of stabilisation, systems uplift and capability building.
This role is well suited to a proven Financial Controller who enjoys restoring rigour, building strong teams and partnering with leaders to lift financial literacy and decision-making across the business.
The role
Reporting to the CFO and sitting within the senior management group, you will take ownership of core financial control while leading a sizeable and evolving finance function across multiple states.
The primary mandate over the next 12–24 months is to maintain integrity and control, embed consistent processes nationally, and strengthen the finance team as a trusted commercial partner. The role will have 3 direct reports, with responsibility for a team of 8 across AP, AR...
