Key Responsibilities
Leading a team of 10 - 15 members to perform accurate and timely day-to-day financial accounting operations for all hotels of a company.Preparing reports of financial figures, periodic analysis, and management reports with inputs to support management team decision-making.Managing the overall financial forecast, processes, policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.Systemically tracking progress against goals and identifying key top and bottom-line growth opportunities.Ensuring accounting closing, and compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.Managing cash flow, cash projection, Operation Budget for all hotels, Capex, Budget of new Project, and pricing.Controlling project costs and preparing project reports.Driving productivity and growth by identifying cost savings and opportunities to fund ...
